The Administrative Commission announced three new interpretative decisions on the aggregation of periods, benefits in kind and major appliances, and reimbursement mechanisms for unemployment benefits that took effect in 2011. They also adopted a practical guide on applicable legislation and began discussions on new provisions regarding child-raising periods and cooperation in recovery efforts. Cooperation was also reinforced on issues of fraud and the international dimension of social security.
