The review of some important topics in the education process
and it was under these topics include:
First: Assessment of Learning This means that The teacher has a
suitable plan for the process of assessing students, which supports
students in education so that assessment is appropriate for all
students, with the constant search for new methods and useful in
the evaluation process for students. So that is not limited evaluation
process to traditional methods. And here I learned how the
assessment is not only to the process of obtaining a certificate, but
it expands the perceptions of students and accommodate a lot of
useful information and stimulate students to the new challenges
they face.
I also think that the assessment of something fundamental in
the work and measures the skills of the students accurately and this
depends on the method applied in the evaluation process.
II: Assessment of Teaching
Here, the teacher can know how his ability to communicate
information to the students properly through evaluation, here are
several ways to evaluate such tests, exercises, discussion, peer-
assessment of teachers, questionnaires, evaluation of group work,
interviews, the students.
All of these methods can be used to work and develop in ways that
benefit the student and the teacher in the evaluation process.
