With around 50,000 installations in 207 countries, Moodle is quickly gaining the attention of educators around the globe. It’s highly flexible nature allows Moodle to fit the needs of nearly every classroom. This session will explore some of the best practices for implementing student-centered learning within the context of Moodle. The presenter will deconstruct the approaches taken in the Child-Centered Classroom Methodologies (CCCM) project at Sultan Qaboos University and expand on them by stepping through many of Moodle\'s features and discussing the roles they can play in learner-centered instruction.
