Email tech support takes awhile to reply
Migration slightly confusing. Would have
appreciated the ability to call someone at least
during the migration process.

They will migrate the site for you for a fee
Site offers very detailed, step-by-step
instructions
Ran into a problem importing posts, which was
solved via the support system. (They needed to
change file permissions.)
