ROWE or Result-Only Work Environment
ROWE is work environment which evaluates employee not on how long he/she spends time
at the office but on his/her work productivity. The theory gives an employee an opportunity
to do work at time when he or she is most active and creative. Creativity does not depend
on working at the office from 9 a.m to 5 p.m only.
Core Value Day
On this day, our team members get essential as well as interesting information from
influential people. Guest lecturers are invited to the event and openly discuss about the
things that our team members are interested in. Open lectures and discussion are one way
of free course to our employees and core value day is held once a month.
Team Members’ Day
Our employees and us are one team. For us to work more creatively and efficiently, we need
to have tight-knit relations and understand each other well. We pick one day beforehand
and have fun by playing games, having an interesting dialogue and sharing thoughts and

The New Media Group cooperates with National Life Insurance Company on providing our
employees with life insurance. As every member of our company is core value, the New
Media Group covers our employees’ life insurance fee in order to overcome unfortunate
accidents that might happen to any of us. Every employee of our company will have income

Our company offers employee stock ownership to the employee who worked for the

The Oath Project
The New Media Group joined The Oath
Project on the 20th October, 2010.
The Oath Project is about creating value without
missing out on acting in the best interests of
society and the planet. The Oath represents a
