Wordle Wordclouds or tagclouds? WHAT Wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes. The images you create with Wordle are yours to use however you like.
Useful images that show the focus of a document, can help you see if your document is looking at the important issues, can be used in course posters etc I know of one person who uses it for job applications comparing a Wordle from the job description with one from their application to see if they match!
