Achievements
Supervised and rolled out over 100 portals for clients spread across India, Middle East,
Europe and East Africa from both in-house and outsourced projects.

International talent search (ITS) is a platform for young creative talents which holds an annual event
called ITS#. The work of the chosen finalists is showcased in a collective catwalk show during the
ITS# finals in Trieste, Italy. The organization of ITS is handled exclusively by EVE.
Responsibilities
Design a collection of 5 - 8 garments based on an inspiration of my choice.
Provide accurate color and fabric swatches for the collection designed.
Display a capability through prototypes or photographs from the past collections that the
collection designed can be produced for the final show held in Trieste, Italy.
Achievements
Conceptualized and styled a collection, The Foreseen - a women’s wear collection inspired
by altered perceptions and changing moulds.
Created materials, fabrics and storyboards to set the mood for the collection.
Sketched and designed a collection of 5 women’s wear ensembles based on the inspiration.
Sketched and styled an additional women’s wear ensemble based on the same inspiration
for the brand Diesel to secure an internship with the brand at its headquarters in Italy.
Developed various fabric textures inspired by the collection to enhance the ensembles in the
collection.
Developed complete technical specification sketches to show production of ensembles
designed.

Designing and compiling the seasonal in house collection in terms of silhouettes, fabrics,
new trims and R&D targeted mainly for the international market.
Communicate with buying houses; discuss new developments and requirements from
buyers.
Style and develop the prototypes and check fit.
Discuss styles and changes, if any with CAD and sampling department.
Develop actual samples post all changes, source respective fabrics and trims for the styles.

Designed, sampled and styled men’s wear shirts, outerwear, and trousers for Armani
Exchange as per the brief provided.
Styled, sampled and made patterns for women’s wear dresses, shirts, outerwear for Armani
Exchange.
Designed and sampled surface embellishments for Calvin Klein men’s wear shirt collection.
Sampled and made patterns for women’s wear dresses and blouses for Calvin Klein.
Experimented with new washes for different weights and construction for the in house
denims collection.

Brainstorm, ideate and create concepts for the 2 seasons, Spring-Summer and Autumn-
Winter.
To style and design a range of men’s and women’s wear for the label.
Patterns, fit and sample development for all styles for the collection.
Design and develop uniforms for corporate houses, restaurants, bars, hotels, school and
airlines.
Achievements
Had my styles and developments walk the ramp for Wills India Fashion Week - Spring 2007
Developed new print and embroidery concepts that were chosen for Spring/Summer-2007
collection.
Brought new concepts of experimental textiles to add to the label’s aesthetic which is still
being used.
Styles developed by me were sold and retailed at the store, Manoviraj Khosla located in The
Leela Palace, a 5 star hotel.
Styled and developed uniforms for flight attendants, airhostesses and cabin crew of
Kingfisher airlines.

Veenar Fashions is a leading export house engaged in the manufacture & export of premium range
of high quality readymade garments specializing in Children’s garments.

Design, production and manufacturing of the garments.
Dealing and communicating with the clientele, buyers and stores.
Selection of materials, fabrics and trims.
Act as a liaison between the production team and the firm in meeting market requirements.
Achievements
Developed, marketed, sampled, sourced raw material, and produced a range of children’s
wear for the in house collection targeted for the European market.
Produced garments for buyers like DBC, Neck & Neck and Toute Compte Fait.
Designed print and used new print techniques, embroidery and experimented with washing.

10 - 2007- My diploma project collection called “Seams Like Bharat” was exhibited at “Avataar”, an art
exhibition by Alliance Francaise de Bangalore, India.
“Seams Like Bharat” is a collection of Men’s and Women’s wear ensembles designed to give an identity
to Indian fashion. It's about representation of India in a global scenario through the medium of clothing.
08 - 2006 - Designed and styled uniforms for the launch of Zinzi, a wine based on its hip, young and
happening identity launched by United Breweries group owned by Dr Vijay Mallya.
08 - 2006 - Designed uniforms for flight attendants and airhostesses and cabin crew of Kingfisher airlines.
09 - 2006 - Styled uniforms for cheerleaders of IPL, manufactured by Reebok.
