1. Management Team Plan
Key Executives
Our management team consists of five equally hard-working members. They are: Linh
Nguyen, Abby Pekarek, Megan Price, Mary Street, and Christopher Taylor. Each
member has a specific job in which they bring a different level of experience and skill to
the table. Linh Nguyen has taken the role of being the company’s Chief Financial
Advisor. She has experience in business; her father owns a restaurant where she has
spent a lot of time working at. Linh is also extremely talented with numbers and
organizational skills. Abby Pekarek’s skills fit her best at the Director of Human
Resources position. Abby is the sophomore class’s student council president, where she
has gained a lot of experience in learning how copperatly work with others and make
sure they fulfill a task. Pekarek will maintain the staff as well as the service providers.
Megan Price’s position at Wildwood Adventures is Chief Executive Officer. Megan’s job is
to oversee the company’sfuture and to make the final decisions. She has firsthand
experience working at WildwoodRanch and her beneficial skills are her motivation, hard
work, and organization. Mary Street works at Wildwood Adventures as the company’s
Public Relations director. She works in this position because she is extremely
charismatic with people and handles stressful situations easily. Mary brings experience
with working on a horse ranch and handling minor business matters at her mom’s
counseling office. Christopher Taylor is anenergetic young man; therefore our team
decided that the job that suits him the best is Activities Coordinator. Taylor will take the
ideas from the team and organize them into a fun and safe activity. He is also in charge
of the season activities Wildwood Adventures hosts. Together our team works
effectively and efficiently to make Wildwood Adventure the best it can be.
Key Advisors
Our team has an extremely beneficial Board of Directors that will help guide us reach
success. We have carefully examined the places in which our camp might need support
and picked a board that will guide the camp with valuable information and wisdom in
that position. Our Board of directors consists of five people: Jimmer Pinjuv, Daniel
Pekarek, Yvonne Meyer, Deanna Street, and Charles Buchanan. Jimmer Pinjuv is the
owner of Wildwood Ranch, and will help us with any matters having to do with the land
our bussinues' owns. Daniel Pekarek works for the city of Joplin, so he will be able to
provide our team with information about the City of Joplin’s plans and how they could
affect our business. Yvonne Meyer is a former accountant and can show guidance in
how our company can save money and invests in more opurnituties. Deanna Street is
the owner of the very successfulCounseling Associated of the four states. She offers the
2. advice of how to run and turn a small business into a successfull one. Lastly, Charles
Buchanan, who is a Lawyer, will benefit our team by interfering in the legal matters our
company faces. Our Board of Directors is group of highly intelligent people who can
lead our team in making good decisions for the future of Wildwood Adventures.
Service Providers
Wildwood Adventures has carefully scanned the area to find the specific business to
help us reach the type of quality our park requires. We handpicked companies such as:
Raush Coleman Homes, Spokes and Spandex, Seneca Vet Clinic, Albers Marine, Pro-Cut
Lawn care, Buchanan, Williams, and StileyAttorneys, BKD, Hall Plumbing, Apex Electric,
and Saterlee Heating and Air. These companies will provide us monthly service checks
on our equipment so we can prevent possible injury. They will maintain and build our
buildings, where we have our office, supply room, and bathroom facilities. We have also
included a veterinary office to ensure the good health of our horses. The work that our
team is not capable of maintaining on our land will be given the lawn care company.
We have also included a law and accounting firm to solve our companies’ legal matters
that our team is also incapable of doing. These local companies our team has selected
are hardworking and have good rates, but if they fail to provide the work our company
needs, we will replace them.
