2. Introduction:
Originally started in ancient Greece,
were recovered by Baron de
Coubertin in the late nineteenth century. The
first games of the modern era were held in
Athens in 1896. Today we celebrate the
Summer Olympics every four years in the years.
And the Winter Olympics are every four years
4. The Olympic Games of
antiquity, called with the name
Olympic tobe held in the
city of Olympia, were religious
festivals, cultural and sporting events held in
ancient Greece (776 BC - 392 AD). in
honor of the
gods over. Athletes participating in

events including Javelin, discus throw and long

music, poetry and dance.
