2. 2 Background As one of the largest company's in the world, we at McDonalds realize the need to take corporate responsibility. We understand that many fast food consumers do not understand proper nutrition, therefore our goal is to create a healthier menu, educate our consumers on creating a balanced diet and to provide nutrition information on our products; We want to educate and help consumers make smarter decisions concerning their diet and in effect create better long term decisions. In order to follow through with our goals, we also need to educate our employees, so that they can inform our valued customers.
