The charming Swat, a peaceful and fascinating tract in the lap of vegetative sky-high mountains, with eternal snow on their lofty crests, is an everlasting source of attraction for the visitors. Its beauty attracts tourists from all over the world to enjoy the soothing and serene sceneries. This Paradise is in trouble now. Local Taliban and the militants of Tahreeq-e-Nifaz-e-Shriyat-i-Muhammadi destroyed the peace of this area. They committed several terrorist attacks in other cities of Pakistan as well. Pakistan government signed a deal with the chief of TNSM Sufi Muhammad for the peace of this region. According to that deal militants had to lay down arms on the condition of the implementation of Islamic Law in this region, as the Islamic Law is also the demand of local people. Although religious courts were being established, militants didn’t cease fire and they started moving towards other areas of Pakistan. Pakistan army took action against them and announced that we are at war now.
