Overview:
This half-day Savantor workshop is designed for
banks and processors wishing to leverage their
investment in the EMV chip and PIN infrastructure
with new, added value propositions in order to
create profitable business growth and gain long
term, sustainable business advantage. The course is
non-technical, highly interactive and suitable for
senior retail banking marketing and product
development staff, as well as card specialists. The
course leader is Dr Nick Collin, a veteran in the field
and an experienced workshop facilitator. Through
presentations, case studies, exercises and discussions
he will encourage attendees to explore how EMV
technology can be used, not just to reduce fraud, but
also to improve customer recruitment and retention,
increase card usage, create new revenue streams,
and gain competitive advantage.

Nick Collin has over 30 years experience as a consultant to
the banking and payment industry and is an acknowledged
expert on chip and pin added value application.

Rod Nixon, Managing Director, Savantor
Rod Nixon has worked in the payments industry for the past
29 years including First Data, MasterCard International and
Visa EuroDe. He has made a particular contribution to the
development of the industry in the areas of Acceptance
Development, Debit Strategy and Payment Product
Development.

Jarkko Anttiroiko, Principal Consultant, Savantor
Jarkko Anttaroiko has 20 years experience in developing
electronic banking services. As Head of Cards in OPPohjola
Group he had active role in developing EMV based multi-
