4. Schedule Wednesday THE PARTY – 9pm to Midnight Thursday Senior Day Speaker – 10am to 11am Faculty Seminars – 1:30 & 2:45 (hour each) Friday Commencement Ceremonies – 9am to Noon Strawberries and Champagne – Noon to 1:30 Saturday All students must be out of dorms – 1pm
5. THE PARTY 9:00pm – midnight Open to all graduates and their families or guests Graduates receive free admission in their Almost Alumni Handbook Tickets are $20 each or a reserved table for 10 for $200 All ages welcome
6. Senior Day Sr. Day Speaker 10:00am – 11:00am Memorial Gym Open to all graduates and their families Faculty Seminars 4 seminars 1:30pm & 2:45pm Taste of what your students experienced

Commencement Day 9:00am – Noon Undergraduates stay on Alumni Lawn Graduate/Professional/Medical depart for their diploma ceremonies around 10:15 Alumni Lawn Programs, hand fans & bottled water provided No saving seats Arrive no later than 8:00am No tickets required Strawberries and Champagne for the class of 2011 Noon to 1:30
9. Photography and Video Grad Images will photograph each graduate in 3 different poses Prior – On stage – After with diploma Senior Day Speaker & Commencement (main ceremony) are both streamed live via the web. The entire main ceremony is also available for purchase on DVD

Shuttles & Parking Shuttles run all three days of Commencement No charge Schedule and maps on website Shuttles run from parking garages to event site Multiple parking garages open on all three days of Commencement No charge Locations on website Disability parking passes available through the EAD office Handicap or Drop off permits Register online
