conceptualizations, as well as implementing green building formulas and
materials into design and planning.

• Managed over $10 million dollars annual budget for equipment and logistical
support.
• In the absence of the battery Commander assumed commander responsibilities.
• Shift commander for Haitian and Cuban refugee camp in Guantanamo Bay,
Cuba in 1994-95.
• Implemented plans and logistics for the security, health and welfare and
repatriation of a camp of over 12,000 refugees to their homelands and the U.S.
• Duties included coordination of media and meetings with heads of state to
include the U.S. attorney general, senators and other noteworthy individuals.

treatment, triage and medevac coordination, and the daily health and welfare
for up to 125 personnel while in the field of combat

Arabia, Kuwait and Iraq and the day to day operation of base medical clinic in
Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, to treat and provide medical care, triage and
