INTRODUCTION
Kepemimpinan adalah sebagai proses pengaruh sosial di mana seseorang dapat mempengaruhi atau
meminta bantuan/dukungan dari orang lain dalam pemenuhan tugas umum yang dibebankan kepadanya,
dimana tindakan untuk mengembangkan kepemimpinan terkait dengan 3 (tiga) variable, sebagai berikut:
1. Karekteristik peserta yang akan menjadi pemimpin
2. Kualitas dan sifat program pengembangan untuk menjadikan pemimpin
3. Dukungan yang sesungguhnya terhadap akan adanya perubahan perilaku dari top level
BACKGROUND
Kegagalan atau tidak tercapainya kinerja yang telah ditetapkan dan diharapkan oleh organisasi, terletak pada
kemampuan pemimpin dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya di dalam struktur organisasi,
terutama dalam memimpin anggota tim dalam menjalankan pekerjaan sesuai job description (uraian tugas)
yang telah disepakati antara pemimpin, anggota tim dan organisasi.
Pemimpin di dalam ruang lingkup organisasi berdasarkan struktur umum, dapat dikategorikan menjadi 2
(dua) kelompok utama, yaitu; Supervisor dan Manager yang masing-masing mempunyai tugas dan fungsi yang
berbeda.
Supervisor adalah jabatan dari posisi manajemen tingkat rendah, yang didasarkan pada otoritas atas seorang
atau beberapa orang pekerja yang berkaitan dengan tempat kerja atau biaya, dimana memiliki kewenangan
untuk melakukan tindakan memberikan instruksi dan/atau perintah kepada karyawan yang berada
dibawahnya serta beertanggung jawab untuk pekerjaan dan tindakan karyawan tersebut.
Manajer adalah orang yang mengelola atau bertanggung jawab atas suatu fungsi pada departemen di
perusahaan (organisasi) termasuk membimbing orang-orang yang bekerja untuk mereka, sehingga dapat
membuat keputusan tentang hal-hal sebagai berikut; perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan,
pengkordinasian dan pengendalian.
OVERVIEW
Adalah suatu program untuk memberikan transformasi pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman melalui
metode tutor, diskusi, umpan balik, studi kasus, tanya jawab dan membangun wawasan berpikir sebagai
pemimpin (supervisor dan manager), sehingga peserta dapat melakukan perubahan sikap dan perilaku
sebagai seorang pemimpin yang mampu memimpin anggota timnya dalam pencapaian kinerja yang
diharapkan dan telah ditetapkan oleh organisasi dan/atau Top Level Management.
2. Di dalam program, peserta akan diperkenalkan teori kepemimpinan sebagai Supervisor atau Manager yang
sesuai dengan budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja, yang dipertajam dengan strategy untuk menerapkan
ketrampilan memimpin organisasi atau anggota tim.
Implementasi ketrampilan memimpin organisasi atau anggota tim, akan disimulasikan melalui teori dalam
bentuk studi kasus yang kemudian, peserta akan melakukan proses transformasi melalui latihan dalam
bentuk penugasan kepada individu atau kelompok dengan menitik beratkan pada teknik identifikasi dan
menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi, kemudian menyelaraskan dengan budaya organisasi dan lingkungan
kerja, termasuk menumbuhkan budaya motivasi dan inovasi, sehingga target kinerja yang diharapkan dapat
tercapai atau terlampaui.
OBJECTIVE
1. Dapat memecahkan masalah secara kreatif dengan struktur manajemen yang sederhana untuk mencapai
pemanfaatan sumber daya yang optimal dan keuntungan organisasi yang maksimal.
2. Menciptakan pertumbuhan dand proses perbaikan yang berkesinambungan, termasuk bertindak sebagai
agen perubahan (change management agent).
3. Dapat memanfaatkan manajemen, pengawasan dan ketrampilan administrasi secara menguntungkan
bagi pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan bersama.
4. Dapat menciptakan tantangan yang lebih besar, peningkatan manfaat, dan memberikan kesempatan
untuk membantu kemajuan produktifitas perusahaan secara efisien
