Planning framework. Providing models of delivery that will assure school improvement. Cluster Managers Working with your cluster managers and those from other neighbouring authorities to deal with issues, ensure key links with senior leadership (inc governors) in schools and ensure delivery of quality services with measurable outcomes Governors Providing training for governors on their key role in the development of services and the links to school improvement & planning – directly or through the governor service managers. Working with cluster managers to ensure they understand governance issues Elected members Providing regional or local training for elected members on the importance of extended and integrated services and the local authority’s key role in building strategy and brokering partnerships.
