This document describes three varieties of stuffed clams that are lightly breaded and can be deep fried from frozen in under 2 minutes. The Little Neck Stuffed Clams are filled with clam meat, broth, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and herbs. They contain over 50% clam meat. The Traditional New England Stuffed Clams are loaded with chopped clams, broth, peppers, onion, and Old Bay seasoning. The Stuffed Italian Clams are filled with clams in a marinara sauce with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. All varieties use a light breadcrumb coating to seal in moisture and flavor.
