Personal Situation Prior
Was a chubby kid, and
struggled with on and off
weight gain. Tried the zone
diet but was too strict- led
me to the Paleo diet.
Defining Moment
Two things:
1. Wanting to get lean & stronger
2. Doctor found a nodule in my
thyroid.
First Steps Taken
1. Give up grains.
2. Set up a goal & be stubborn
following through.
3. Do 30-day challenge to give
your body time to heal.
