many languages that are spoken in the EU.

As you can see here,
 in the north part there are cold climates
 In the south, mediterranean climate
 In the center, continental climate
 In the west, atlantic climate
 In the east, climates are warmer
 In EU geography:
 The shout and the most part of the west is full of
mountains, specially in Spain and Ireland.
 In the north, we can see some mountains in
Scandinava, near the coast.
 The centre and the east are plane areas, like
Russia and the centre down land.
 The acid rain, the thinning of the ozone layer, air
quality, noise pollution, waste and water pollution
are the main problems in EU. But now, they´ve
got the most enviromental progress policy of any
state. The Water Framework Directive is an
example of a water policy, aiming for rivers,
lakes, ground and coastal waters to be of "good
quality". The Birds Directive is a piece of
European Union legislation for protection of
biodiversity and natural habitats. These
protections however only directly cover animals
and plants; micro-organisms have no protection
under European Union law.
 EU population It´s a lot of people for 27
countries, lots of culture, tourism …
 The most part of the population is in west
Europe, the richest countries.
 In the next map you can see how many
population in square kms lives and then, see
the table of people!
 The reddest is the colour, the biggest is the population.
 The most famous national parks in EU are e.g.
Mount Ethna in Italy or Holland in spring time.
 Another very visited national park is , in in
Slovenia, The only national park in Slovenia
protects the last area of original alpine nature.
Its international significance is confirmed by the
European Diploma of the Council of Europe,
listing as a Natura 2000 site and in particular,
UNESCO’s decision to include the park in the
international network of biosphere reserves.
 Mount Etna, is an active stratovolcano on the
east coast of Sicily, close
to Messina and Catania. It lies above the
convergent plate margin between the African
Plate and the Eurasian Plate. It is the tallest
active volcano in Europe, currently standing
3,329 m high, though this varies with summit
eruptions.
 One view of the present boundaries of Eastern
Europe came into being during the final stages
of World War II. The area eventually came to
encompass all the European countries which
were under Soviet influence. These countries
had communist governments. A competing view
excludes from the definition of Eastern Europe
states that are historically and culturally different,
constituting part of the so-called Western world.
This usually refers to Central Europe and
the Baltic states which have significantly different
political, religious, cultural, and economic
histories from their eastern neighbors
 It´s a geographycal region situed in the west part
of the Europe. The name measn cultural and
politic terms, it can puede make reference to no
comunists countrys during the cold war. Also, the
term means geographic, economic and cultural
things. Sincd the end of the Second World
War, the term was used for meaning the
MEDs and the high ingresos of Western Europe,
caracterized for having a democratic system,
mixed economies and the aliance between the
USA.
