This document outlines a doctorate research project investigating the uses of mobile learning among undergraduate science education students. The project aims to identify what pedagogical and technological elements are being incorporated into mobile devices and phones for science education, and explore potential future applications. The research methodology involves surveying undergraduate science education students before and after a mobile phone teaching training to analyze their understanding, current uses, and strategies developed for mobile phone-based education.
