ENVIRONMENTAL
PROGRAM

2. Need for the Project
In my community,I observed that they do not throw
their waste in proper places. They have no idea of
what segregation is.Their garbage is scattered
everywhere especially in school days.The children
also in our barangay always eat junk foods during
their breaktime, they are not of the importance of
nutrition.They rarely plant trees in our community.In
the lower area in our barangay, when it rains flood
occurs. So, we need to educate them the
importance of nature and its relevance to the society.

3. Goal
•Conduct an environmental lecture that talks
about recent happenings in our environment.
•Organize a feeding program.
•Conduct a clean-up drive .
•Organize a tree-planting activity.

4. Project Activity
1) I will invite my friends and classmates to organize an
environmental program.
2) I will coordinate with the barangay to allow me to
conduct an environmental program.
3) I will inform the parents about my program and convince
them to allow their child/children to join me in my
program.
4) I will teach them the importance of the environment and
its relevance to the society.
5) I will conduct a feeding program.
6) I will organize a clean-up drive in the barangay.
7) I will guide and help them plant trees.

5. Step by Step Planning
1) I invited my friends. My 3 friends decided to help me to conduct an
environmental program.
2) I coordinated with the barangay and they let me do the
environmental program.
3) I invited and informed the parents about my environmental
program.Luckily,there were 19 students who joined my program.
4) I taught them the imporatnce of nature an also its benefits to the
human society.I also conducted an exciting game about the
environment.
5) I gave them healthy food to eat.My friends helped me to facilitate the
children
6) I conducted a clean-up drive.I was glad that they are very willing to
help me.
7) I organized a tree-planting activity.

6. Result
19 young minds participated in
the mini-workshop, who gave
their time in this environmental
campaign. 19 young minds
were educated on the
importance of taking care of
their environment by
maintaining the cleanliness of
the surroundings and tree
planting.
