4. K-12 Core Group was created in SY 2014 -2015
by the former RCA, Sr. Emelinda C. Falsis, F.I.
and the group is composed of the Principal,
Asst. Principals, Curriculum Devt. Coordinators,
Guidance Coordinator, General Services
Administrator and Registrar.
5. The core group was tasked to take
charge of planning, monitoring of
the implementation of the Move
Up Plan, and the Transition Plan,
benchmarking and preparing the
offering of SHS Program.
6. SIGNIFICANT DATES:

Proposal of Move Up Plan to Dep. Ed.
September 14,2012 – Approval of
Dep. Ed. on the Proposed Move Up

February 1, 2013 – Submission of
Move Up Plan To Dep. Ed.
7. Oct. 23, 2013 - Submission of the Letter
of Intent for the Grade 10 in AY 2013-
2014 to the Department of Education,
Paranaque Division Office.
Nov.4,2013- MS received the
Acknowledgement Letter from Dep. Ed.
SY 2014-2015 - The Grade 10
started in this school year. On- going
Intervention classes in Math and Sciene
were provided to the students.
8. SY 2014-2015 – The administration went into
benchmarking and consultation with the Dep. Ed. and
universities relative to the SHS Program.
MS Board of Trustees and Administrators’
Meeting on the finalization of the Academic
Track and Strands based on surveys was done in
August 18, 2014.

18. Submission of letter of Intent for Senior
High School addressed to the Secretary of
Education, Br. Armin A. Luistro, FSC took
place on August 18,2014.

19. Provisionary Government Permit for
SHS dated January 7, 2015 was given
to MS on January 26, 2015.

21. Pilot Senior High School
Implementation started on June
8, 2015 with two sections in
STEM and in GAS strand that
followed the Grade 11 Course
Guide of the Dept. of Education.
22. A Progress Report on the Grade 11
SHS Program Implementation was
submitted to the Secretary of
Education, Brother Luistro Armin, FSC ;
Department of Education , Pasig City
and to Department of Education,
Kabihasnan, Paranaque City Division
Office on June 26, 2015.
