Delta Operation Manager for Huawei - Etisalat project. & set up Huawei project &
also set up a new area for Alkan and was responsible for Huawei project
technically/management (success to achieve and keep the network performance and
enhance site quality) & set up the region administrative issue (offices , furniture’s ,
tools , other assets , choosing staff for hiring , assign teams for administration issues
..etc.) And responsible for:
1- Responsible of providing managed service for Etisalat network (about 1000 Sites)
in Delta Region.
2- Responsible for all operation and maintenance activities (PM , CM , RF , MW
problems , acceptance , site audit fuelling stock / spare parts management & legal
issues ).
3- Lead & Supervise all FM team across the region (9 offices / sub-offices & 170
employees) to achieve the applied / planned task.
4- Responsible for achieving / enhance network KPIs within agreed SLA with Huawei
& Etisalat region staff coordination.5- Responsible for analyzing all technical
problems , detecting the actual root cause to provide the proper solution.

directional with all including accessories: brackets, Feeder, connectors, ground
Kits, Roxtec and Earthing) for Vodafone and Etisalat ROT project in Sinai and
Upper through Alkan O&M dept.
