brands spanning 14 categories of home, personal care and
foods products.

It employs 163 000 people and sells products in 170 countries
worldwide.



85% of ABC employees receive some sort of org. training.

On an average, an employee receives 15 days of training annually.

The following slides show how employee learning has been successfully reinforced by
the mobile learning initiative adopted by ABC.



This is a sample illustrative case study on applications of mobile learning in a Consumer Goods company
mGyan                                         The Employees
          Rahul is a new joinee at ABC Ltd.

          He will be joining as an Area Sales Manager.

          Rahul’s job will require him to maintain and develop
          relationships with retailers and Distributors, manage a team of
          Sales executives and achieve volume & value objectives of the
 Rahul    assigned territory.




          Sunitha is the Learning Manager at ABC Ltd.

          She is responsible for managing the Learning needs of all
          employees.
