  2. Note people on Twitter use the word grad rather than graduate – key to note and use yourself! UEA use this method - people will often tweet what uni UEA or ??? By the UEA jumping on these tweets and engaging with the person the conversion rate is a lot higher than the other uni who takes days to reply if at all First impressions count!
