to include current information, versus a static textbook.

3.  Technology Issues-There is a base technology skill
level that is necessary to use OER
 All online, so this limits face-to-face interaction
 Even though there is a lot of OER online, there should
be a more extensive list of available subjects
 Maintenance of website and relevance of materials
 Materials should be updated to remain current
 OER needs to be publicized more
