3. The Grade Once again Sean has received a poor test score on his math quiz. He has relied heavily on his own studying techniques to improve his grades but he can’t seem to get a passing score. Sean finally decides it was time to seek out professional help and he has turned to TutorMatch.us.
4. The Tutor Search Path: Find a Tutor > Enter Information > Find Now Sean Student enters his location. Sean Student enters his subject.
5. The Results Sean’s search results show five tutors that best matches the information he put into the search box. After a few minutes of looking over the results he decides he would choose the tutor that was closest to him. Based on the ratings and the location, Terry Tutor seems to fit his needs perfectly so he selects her from the search page.
6. Terry Tutor’s Profile After reading the “About Me” section on Terry’s page, Sean feels very confident that she will be able to help him. He also watches her video and really likes how she interacts with her students. Before you know it Sean is ready to request an appointment with Terry and he proceeds to click the Make Appointment Button.
7. Terry Tutor’s Calendar Sean is very pleased that he can view Terry Tutor’s calendar. This information makes scheduling an appointment a lot easier for him. He carefully reviews Terry Tutor’s calendar and notices she is available for 4/23 at 5pm. “This is perfect!” Sean says with excitement. He selects the time slot and requests an appointment.
8. Appointment Request After Sean selects the available slot, he is able to request a tutoring session. He is very please that one of Terry Tutor’s preferred locations to meet was the Bridgeport Library. Since the library is fairly close to his school Sean decides he will choose that location and send the request to Terry Tutor. After he submits the appointment he receives a confirmation window stating that Terry Tutor will get back to him soon as possible.
9. The Solution Terry always did some tutoring after school but now that her children are a bit older she would like to earn some extra income to help with their college fund. 10. Terry’s Page And lands on her home page. Terry signs in to her account… Sign In She notices that she has a new appointment request, so she clicks to view it.
11. A New Appointment Sean Student has requested an appointment. Clicking it opens a pop-up with the details. Terry can accept or reject the appointment; she chooses to accept.
12. Terry’s Calendar and a List View. The calendar has a Grid View… Terry clicks on List View to see a summary of herupcoming appointments. While here, she realizes that she’s never been to the Bridgeport Library.By clicking on the name, she brings up a map.
13. The Map Terry sees where the Library is located. She can print the map and can even get directions from school or home.
