This document describes various dental implant components and prosthetics made by Oraltronics, including posts, gingiva formers, bars, balls, and attachments that allow for individualized solutions. It highlights features like different angulations, heights, materials, and designs to compensate for divergencies and provide optimal esthetics and function. Many of the components can be customized during the wax-up process prior to casting.
3. The large prosthetic variety allows
individual optimal solutions for
technique and esthetics.

4. Post trial set to predetermine the
exact prosthetic post angulations and
hex versions (A and B).

5. Impression posts for the open and
the closed impression.
Gingiva formers for different
gingiva heights.

6. Anatomic gingiva former of acrylic
for the tempory restoration.

7. The Ceramium Line for the definitive
restoration, precious-metal reinforced for
direct ceramics veneering, with anatomical
shoulder. For absolutely natural esthetics.

9. The new design facilitates for the technician to
prepare an exact, clearly defined crown margin. The
subgingival shaping allows an individual adjustment
to the gingiva contour as well as to the anatomical
tooth angulation.

10. Gold-colored precious metal post with
cervical shoulder for the direct
individual ceramics veneering. The
central screw can be shortened up to
the marking.

11. The new C.A.S. Novobase post is a cast-on
variation. The base consists of machined gold-
platinum. Der CNC drilled connection part to the
implant guarantees an absolute precise fit and
connection safety. The acrylic upper part is made
of burn-out acrylic.

12. The C.A.S. Esthetic Post made of burn-out
acrylic can be individually adjusted and waxed
up in any dimension on the model prior to
casting. Also the angulation can be changed by
wax-up.

13. The individual post serves to prepare patient-
specific prosthetic solutions, for instance if a
post requires more than 25°angulation, or to
adjust to other anatomical situations.

14. A post for screw-on bars to easily compensate
divergencies. Bar segments of castable
acrylic, titanium or precious metal and different
heights of the permucosal extension allow
individual solutions.

15. Ball head post, AKV post and
Root-Buffer-Attachment now either
with metal ringhousing or with
retention cap (Gold).

16. The ball head post supports a resilient anchoring
element, secures the prosthesis from forces and
guarantees a relief of the implants from any
rotation forces of different directions.

18. Universal, castable ball anchor serves as
retention element for all removable
superstructures. Can be included in the
wax-up for casting.

19. Standard posts, not antirotation safe, for
cementable connection constructions with
parallel insertion direction.
Standardpfosten, antirotation safe, straight
or angulated for single crowns or partial
and total bridges.

20. Ball posts serve to optimally compensate
divergencies of confectioned bars. Ball post
caps are available in burn-out acrylic or
precious metal.

21. The ball posts
compensate non-
parallel implants
passively with bar
connection.

22. The bar clip system enables a
screw-on resilient bar construction
with round or drop-shaped bar
profiles for the clip-retained bar
prosthesis.
