My objective is to harness my technical,
leadership, and artistic talents to always
innovate, create, and ENGINEER ways of
inspiring and motivating people to be
responsible citizens working towards building
a better nation, and be leaders to make the
Filipino’s life better

 Know the strengths, heart, attitudes,
personalities, and experiences of my
people
 Get to know staff very well
 Identify each person’s key points for
motivation
 Conduct regular dialogues with subordinates,
family, and friends


3. Help your sheep identify with you
 Communicate values and sense of mission through
traditional and modern means like the internet
(e.g., songwriting, Facebook, blog, etc.,)

 Contribute to the “Blueplate for Better Learning”

 As a leader, the span of influence is very important.
The goal is to make an impact to as many people as
possible.
 The first milestones would be my family, friends, and
co-workers. Once I have influenced and inspired them
all, I would be ready to take more challenges and
achieve more milestones
 The opportunity to inspire and influence is present
everyday. I will widen my network to increase the flock
of the PENGINEER.
