I am cooking more and eating better. I’m reading more (already on my 5th book for the year in 2
weeks), I’m more organized, and getting more done. I’m also learning to love myself a bit more too,

I know it’s early and it’s going to take work to keep it up, but so far it’s working. It is much easier to
stick to goals when you know your purpose behind them, Clarity my dear Clarity!
I know there will be some set backs and failures along the way. I’m ok with that. Life is a learning
process, but when you know what you’re truly seeking under it all, it all becomes a lot easier.
I want to share this series with you, some of the questions and my answers, in the hopes that it will
help you start on your journey to Live Better too.
For this week, we’ll focus on our personal lives, and next week on our businesses…

Often we will have a goal like losing weight. But, when we get to the heart of the matter, what we really
want is to feel healthy and confident. Focus on feeling healthy and confident and you’re more likely to
stick to and reach your goals than if you focus on “losing weight.”
Personally, I want to experience 2014 as the year that…
I see massive positive change, vibrant health, financial freedom, and
inspiring relationships emerge!
The year I open my heart greater than I ever have before. The year I
allow my life to expand in the most uplifting way, so others can
experience it too.
