always cool looking
to me that’s why I
pick a bald eagle for
my animal.

When a mate dies
the other mate will
not hesitate to
find a new mate.

Bald eagles live with
their mother till
they are 12 to 13
weeks old because
that’s when they
start getting
enough strength
to go flying on
their own and be
able to hunt.
5. Habitat Sweet Habitat
Bald eagles live along a coast or by major
rivers, and lakes on a tree branch that’s
by the river, or lake. The bald eagle will
not nest their young if they know a
predator lives there, or if a lake or river
is too far away to go for food.
