Recuerda que en español la 'h'
no se pronuncia pero sí en
inglés. Practica en casa con
'hello', 'hotel', 'hospital', 'at
home', 'this is my house'. Bye.
Lesson 2
Como sabes, el verbo 'to be' es
muy útil. Para usarlo es
frecuente hacerlo en la forma
contraída. Practícalo así: I'm
happy / you're my friend / he's a
teacher / she's my mum / we're
Spanish / they're British.
Lesson 3
Como sabes el verbo 'to be' tiene
muchos usos que en español se
dicen con 'tener'. She's ten years
old. I'm cold. You're right.
They're in a hurry. Are you
hungry?

Lesson 4
Recordamos expresiones para
saludar: Hello, Hi, Good morning
(por la mañana), Good afternoon
(por la tarde), Good evening
(cuando anochece). No olvides
que 'Good night' se dice por la
noche pero no como saludo, se usa como
despedida.
Lesson 5
Expresiones de
tiempo: in the
morning, in the
afternoon, in the
evening, at night (por
la mañana, por la tarde, ...). I go to school in the
morning. I go to swim in the afternoon. Pero
recuerda, para decir 'los lunes' se dice 'on Mondays',
I go to play tennis on Mondays.

Lesson 6
Hacemos preguntas. Utilizamos
la partícula interrogativa 'What'
(qué/cuál). What's your name?
What's the weather like? What
are you doing? What do you
like?
Lesson 7
Para decir que algo o
alguien nos gusta usamos el
verbo 'like'. I like bread, I
like swimming, I like Malú.
Para preguntar si algo o
alguien nos gusta lo
hacemos así: Do you like
fruit? Do you like English?
Do you like Cristiano Ronaldo? Ahora si quieres
puedes responder a estas preguntas. Bye.
Lesson 8
Para decir cosas que
estamos haciendo o nos
gusta hacer usamos las
formas del verbo
acabadas en ‘ing’. I’m
reading, she’s watching tv, they like swimming, do
you like dancing? What are you doing?

Recuerda que para
decir la fecha usamos
los números de
orden: first, 1st;
second, 2nd; third,
3rd; fourth, 4th; fifth,
5th; ... Tomorrow is Monday, the seventh of April.
Lesson 10
Siguiendo con los números recordamos que para
decir los años se puede hacer de
dos maneras, por ejemplo: año
2014, 'twenty, fourteen' o
también 'two thousand and
fourteen'. Si quieres ahora
practica con estos años, 1975,
1390, 1542. Puedes grabar y
enviar.

Lesson 12
Repasamos el uso de
las preposiciones 'at',
'on', 'in'.
- 'At' para decir una
hora o momento
exacto: at two o'clock,
at the moment.
- 'On'para decir un día de la semana o una fecha
concreta: on Sundays, on the first of May.
- 'In' para decir la parte del día en la que estamos, el
mes, el año: in the morning, in April, in 2014.
Lesson 13
'Hello', 'good morning', 'nice to
meet you, 'how are you?' son
expresiones que vamos a usar
mucho durante esta semana
Comenius. También 'thank you',
'please' y sobre todo 'welcome'.

Repasamos las
rutinas diarias: I wake
up at 7.00; he gets up
at 8.00; she has a
shower at 8.15; we
have breakfast at
8.30; you go to school at 8.45; they have lunch at
14.30; I do my homework at 5.00; She has dinner at
21.00; he goes to bed at 22.30. También podemos
hacer preguntas. ¿Recuerdas cómo? What time do
you go to school? When does he get up?

Recordamos el uso de las
expresiones ‘There is’, ‘There
are’. En singular, ‘There is one
book on the table’. En plural,
‘There are four books in the
classroom’.

Repasamos las partículas
interrogativas. What…? Para
hacer preguntas como: What’s
your name? What time is it?
What is your favourite food?

cada caso hay significados y
usos diferentes.

Otras partículas interrogativas.
When...? When do you have dinner?
I have dinner at 9.30 / When is your
birthday? My birthday is in October/
When do we finish school? We finish
school in June.

Muchas preguntas se hacen
utilizando la partícula
‘Do/does’. Recuerda que en
muchas ocasiones la
respuesta es simplemente ‘sí’
o ‘no’ y para ello necesitas
también esta partícula. Do you
like fruit? Yes, I do/ No, I don’t. Does she like
basketball? Yes, she does/ No, she doesn’t.
