Using an Application
with the 5-Step Process
By LeAnn Allred
Creating the Application

LeAnn Allred - Real Life Fitness

• Applications can be created using a “Form” in Google Drive
• Be sure to ask for their WHY….and ask them to be specific
• Ask for more than one contact format (email address,
facebook profile, phone #, etc)
•
•
•
•
•

•

You can easily create an Application in Google Drive
Go to “Create” on the left hand side, then down to “Form”
Follow the instructions to add your desired questions to the application
At the end of the Form, you can choose “Publish” and receive a link to share
When someone has filled out your application, Google Drive will automatically create a
spreadsheet with the title of your application and then “Responses” in parenthesis (example:
“P90X3” creates a response spreadsheet named “P90X3 (Responses)”
You can log into Google Drive at any time to check the “Response” file for new applicants

Possible “questions” for your form
First Name
Last Name
Facebook URL
Email
WHY do they want this transformation?
On a scale of 1-10, how committed are they?
Do they already have a Coach?
Are they willing to share their success?

• EXAMPLE - 21-Day Fix Application

Creating the Application
Step One –
Initial Invitation
• Warm Market – invite personally, then ask them to fill this out to help
you keep track
• Social Media – post with an “official” Beachbody transformation picture.
Attract attention with the term “Test Group” or results and testimony
from another Challenge Group
• Facebook Ads – relatively inexpensive and can be adjusted for your
target group
Sample Posts

• Share the application
• You don’t need to ask for their WHY – it’s on the application
• They will often give personal details using this format
• In rare cases, the WHY is very vague……use the normal 5-Step
Process from Beachbody to pull more information from them
if needed
• If someone you don’t know fills out the social media
application, contact them through email and facebook to start
a conversation

Step Two – Engage with a Question
• Rather than share a video, take the opportunity to continue
dialogue
• Use the information from their application to ask more
questions, empathize with their situation, and build a
relationship
• Ask them to set up an account

Step Three - Video
• You have connected them with their WHY and built trust
• They are now open to hearing the expectations
• You ARE a trustworthy person – be sure to convey this by
giving them as many details as possible so there will be no
surprises for them later
• If they aren’t ready now, be sure to create a “follow-up” list

Step Four –
Share Details
• Give them the link to purchase a Challenge Pack with
instructions
• Tell them the “last day to order” date – try to allow for about
10 days prior to the challenge start date
• Let them know when you will be forming the online group to
start pre-challenge preparations
