Jan. 2009 – present Central project management agency (CPMA)
in Vilnius, Lithuania Project manager at Purchasing solutions’ division (Project for stationery supplies).
A team member at the Purchasing Solutions' Division within the CPMA, being
responsible for an implementation of CPO.lt™, a newly elaborated e-catalogue,
under http://www.cpo.lt, allowing governmental and non-profit organizations to
purchase required goods using e-tools.
Duties: Project implementation from A to Z: compilation & estimation of
substantial data throughout implementation of current project; preparation &
estimation of technical specification & proper procurement solutions (according to
national legislation); actualization of Project’s critical points; assumption of
involved risks; surveys of purchasing organisations & analysis of compiled data.
Implementation of public procurement procedures.
Major Project manager for office supplies; Minor Project manager for purchasing
computers.

Central Project management agency was established in 2003 for preparation of
Lithuania’s Membership to EU as one of main contracting organizations. Later on
it proceeded with number of programmes of EU funding.
Projects undertaken whilst within this position: Eastern Lithuania Cardiological
project with 40 partners hospitals, funded €20 million (due to successful
implementation, Project extended twice). Some more healthcare projects
throughout Lithuania. Duties include Project management, supervision,
inspection of payment claims and public procurement. EU legislation & public
procurement rules were followed.
