Awesome leadership team helps us train our other leaders
Individual attention of individual needs. We still have to focus on connecting with individuals and not just ‘groups.’ This is another reason it is important for us to break down every group into small groups.
Leaders can expect us to keep them well informed on all women’s events and provide ongoing training opportunities. We are available to them on a personal level.
Leaders will have to delegate responsibilities to others in their group... they will also need to develop a culture of growth.

Large group dynamic in Mountain Blend 10-12 ladies at a table. Each table has a small group leader and apprentice/ assistant. She also has a prayer leader - outreach coordinator- fellowship connection, etc.
We encourage our leaders to pursue the women in the group.... keeping close contact with the ladies. We don’t want our SGL to do that alone. She is to enlist the group to help her.
Specific encouragement for the Professional Woman.
College women to Seasoned Sisters ... all ages.
Friendships, Accountability, Prayer, and serving together in Outreach are apart of each group.

Morning out for moms
biblical instruction for moms... wednesday evenings HOW MANY ARE COMING? We currently have 50 ladies involved in Mom to Mom on Wednesday evenings. Attendance varies week to week due to the scheduling conflicts within the families of our moms. WHAT IS GOD DOING IN YOUR GROUP? Mom to Mom is designed to energize, encourage and equip moms each week as they seek to raise godly children. Many of the moms in our group are battle-weary and fatigued from the demands of home and family. Finding the energy to come for an hour every Wednesday becomes the first victory we see God accomplishing in this group. Secondly, God is using the components in Mom to Mom – prayer time; wise speakers; small group discussion to break down walls and allow moms to be real and transparent about their hurts and struggles. Our victories come when moms report back how they have been able to apply new concepts in their homes – i.e. praying with children before doing homework; demonstrating kindness and patience with husbands in their homes; trusting God in frightening situations. IS YOUR TEAM DOING OUTREACH PROJECTS IN THE COMMUNITY? We will volunteer at World Help on December 5th to help sort the Christmas for an Orphan boxes prior to their delivery to children around the world
We are implementing T.E.A. Times (Transforming, Encouraging Advice) periodically throughout the year in an attempt to reach more moms within our church and community with relevant and practical advice for moms. Our first T.E.A. Time featured a panel of Liberty Professors from the School of Education to discuss the Secrets of Academic Success. Our next T.E.A. Time will explore how to “Sow Seeds of Godly Character” in our children.
