2. With custom fields, you can:
• Keep track of your proprietary candidate information,
such as desired salary or work authorizations
• Search based on custom fields so you can zero-in on
the right person more quickly
• Customize the fields to track and record the information
that matters to your company

3. Getting started
Administrators go to
Admin Settings or
any profile page to
set your custom
fields

4. Customize the suggested fields or create new ones that meet
your needs

5. Select the type of
field and customize
the values if
needed,* then click
save
*If you select text, date or number you don’t need to customize any values. For
example, for a desired salary custom field, select ‘number’ and the recruiter will simply
enter the desired salary number, rather than selecting one from a drop-down menu.
