  Cinema
  The proposal is for a 100 + seater cinema which would form part of the
  1st phase of any development.
  Initially the Cinema would be open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  but subject to demand could open 7 days a week.
  It is envisaged that there would be:
     4 evening showings
     Classics Matinee Weekday Performance
     Children’s Saturday Morning Film Shows
     Family Weekend Matinee Performances
     Themed Film Weeks
     Foreign Language Films

  The cinema would also be available for private hire and for
  conferences and corporate use.

                            - Lower Building

  Hostel
  The proposal is for a 30+ bed tourist hostel providing budget
  accommodation for individuals, families and groups on the 1st floor of
  the lower building. Each bedroom would have an en-suite bathroom
  or access to a private bathroom, shared lounge and kitchen facilities
  as well as access to the various facilities across the wider Old Hill
  Primary site.

  Blairgowrie & Rattray is ideally located for outdoor activities including
  The Cateran Trail, Hill-Walking, Cycling, Kayaking, Climbing, Winter-
  sports and Golf. Yet there is limited hostel/budget accommodation
  in the area, the nearest being 12 miles away in Blacklunans.
  There are also opportunities to work with local outdoor activity
  suppliers and event organisers to develop further the activity tourism
  market for the area.

  Interactive Games Room, Skittle Alley & Party
  Room
  The proposal is for a 2 lane traditional skittle alley, an interactive
  gaming room and a separate private room for parties.
  It is envisaged that there would be:
     2 x 8m long traditional wooden 9-pin skittle alleys
     Games room with latest interactive games shown with large format screens

     Party room

  The skittle alley and games room would be available for use at set
  times by the local community and general public, and would also be
  available to be booked either as individual rooms or in its entirety
  for private parties and groups.
  The party room could be booked out for private parties and various
  catering options would be available ranging from children’s parties
  to ‘beer & skittles’.
