16. ROTARY ON-LINE MAKE-UPS & VISITORS Early concerns that the online makeup system would be abused by some visiting Rotarians seeking “easy attendance credits” were unfounded. CONTINUOUS AUDITS HAVE REPORTED… ONLY 2 ROTARIANS IN THE WHOLE WORLD HAVE BEEN “HEAVY” MAKE-UP VISITORS One was an elderly Rotarian in the USA who was unable to leave his hospital bed. His son bought him a laptop PC so he could maintain 100% Rotary attendance which was very important to him. The second was a Past District Governor in India who could not leave his home because of advanced kidney disease. A FOLLOW-UP INVESTIGATION REVEALED
