This website is best known for the use of internet memes and the popularity of the pictures posted there. Characters are poorly designed and are usually in black and white, which is an intentional part of the humor of 9GAG. Everybody with an 9GAG account can post pictures on 9GAG, but the pictures must not have pornographic, racist or insulting content.
