FRIDAY 6:00 p.m. No-Host Get-Acquainted Dinner at Ryan’s Steak House.
AUGUST 13 7:30 p.m. After dinner attend social time at Holiday Inn atrium
for further conversation and exchange of family information.
SATURDAY 8:45 a.m. Visit to Western Kentucky University Genealogy Library.
AUGUST 14 Presentation by Sue Lynn McDaniel titled “The Top Ten Things
I WISH SOMEONE Had Told Me About Doing Genealogy
Research in Kentucky.”
12:00 noon Reunion lunch at Holiday Inn. Cost is $18.00 per person.
1:00 p.m. Family Business Meeting followed by Reunion program,
“Remembering George Sturgeon”, by his son Eldon Sturgeon.
Bring family mementos, charts, hobby and craft items for display.
Display board available for photos and announcements of births,
marriages, and deaths that have occurred during the past year.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: Please make your room reservations directly with the Holiday Inn
University Plaza prior to July 13, 2010. Discounted double room rate is $89.60 per night (tax included).
Mention the Sturgeon reunion. Reservations after July 13, 2010, will be at rate-and-space-available basis.
DIRECTIONS: Exit Interstate 65 (Exit 22) northward at Route 231 Scottsville Road. At stop light #3,
turn east (right) from Scottsville Road onto Wilkinson Trace to Holiday Inn University Plaza, near Bowling
Green Convention Center.
