The campus announcements document provides information about various upcoming events and activities at the school including:
1) An invitation to an FFA ice cream social on September 12th at 6pm in the Ag Barn to meet people and sample fundraising items.
2) Notice that the first student council meeting will be held on September 7th at 7pm in the mall area and all are welcome.
3) Details about tryouts for a cappella group on September 7th and 9th from 4-6pm in the choir room for those interested in singing.
4) Announcement of the upcoming Friday night football game against Champion Chargers on September 9th at 7:30pm at Boerne Stadium

4. JOIN STUDENT COUNCIL! Our first meeting is WEDNESDAY Sept. 7th AT 7PM IN THE MALL AREA Anyone is welcome so come join us for some fun!
5. HOSA meetings will be held in Q122 from 4:05-4:30 Tuesday and Thursday, you can come to either one, both are not required. This organization will provide you with information pertaining to the medical field, this will be our first meeting, so if you’re curious, come check us out!
6. GIFTED AND TALENTED MEETINGS EVERY THURSDAY 4th and 5th lunch in room A104. Bring a brown bag lunch, and I’ll bring dessert.

September 6th RECYCLE PICK UP DAY PLEASE EMPTY YOUR RECYCLE BOXES INTO THE LARGE RECYCLE BINS IN HALL WAYS TODAY, WE WILL ROLL THEM OUT TONIGHT, LOCK THEM IN GATED AREA NEXT TO THE PICK UP SITE FOR TUESDAYS PICK UP. 14. Duke University, Georgetown University, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, and Stanford University will present "Exploring College Options" in San Antonio on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 7:30 pm. at the San Antonio Marriott Northwest.
