2. SUNNUNTAI
Lähdin sunnuntaina kotoa jo n. 3:00 yöllä. Matkustin neljän muun ystäväni kanssa kolmen ja
puolen tunnin matka. Ateenan lentokentältä menin metrolla tietylle asemalle josta kaikki
isäntäperheet tulivat hakemaan meitä. Otin pienet päiväunet ennen syömistä. Lopuksi mentiin
vaan ravintolaan. Ravintolasta lähdin kotiin ja nukkumaan. Odotin jo innolla seuraavaa päivää.
SUNDAY
On Sunday I left home at 3 am. I travelled with four friends and the flight took 3 and a half hours.
When we got to the airport of Athens, we took a train to the station where we met our host
families. I took a nap before dinnertime. We ate dinner in a nice restaurant. After dinner we went
home. I was really tired after a long day and went to bed early. I was really excited about the days
ahead.

3. MAANANTAI
Minä heräsin maanantaina pirteänä. Aamupalan jälkeen lähdin kreikkalaiseen kouluun.
Kreikan kouluissa oli maanantaina urheilupäivä, johon pääsin osallistumaan. Siellä
esiteltiin vähän erilaisia urheilulajeja esim. keihäänheittoa ja tennistä. Urheilupäivän
lomassa tein elokuvaa neljän suomalaisen oppilaan kanssa siitä minkälainen
kreikkalainen koulu on. Sen jälkeen minä lähdin kahdentoista aikaan bussilla
pormestarin talolle. Siellä esitettiin Erasmus-projektissa mukana olevien maiden
kulttuuriin liittyviä tansseja. Sekä pojat, että tytöt tanssivat tansseja ja oli ilo katsella
niitä. Lopuksi minäkin sain esittää oman esityksen. Tapasin myös jälleen kreikkalaisen
ystäväni, Pheobuksen. Esityksen jälkeen saimme ilmaista jätskiä ja pääsin myös
tarjoilemaan sitä. Sitten lähdin kaikkien Erasmus tyyppien kanssa ravintolaan.
Ravintolasta minua tultiin hakemaan kotiin. Sitten olikin jo nukkumaan menon aika.
MONDAY
I woke up feeling refreshed. After breakfast I went to the Greek school. The school had
a sports day which I got to attend. During the day I also did a movie with four Finnish
students, Peppi, Seela, Teppo and Mikael. The subject of the film was the Greek
school. In the afternoon we travelled to the mayor's house to see the welcoming
ceremony. We saw there a lot of beautiful dances. Greek boys and girls danced
national dances of other countries. There I also met my old friend Pheobus again. After
the welcoming ceremony I got ice cream – it was delicious. Then it was time to go to
lunch. From the restaurant I went home. I experienced a lot of new things on Monday.


4. TIISTAI
Aamulla heräsin ja lähdin kahdeksaksi kouluun. Koulusta minä ja oppilaat lähdimme bussilla
hakemaan opettajia hotellilta ja siellä oli hirveä ruuhka. Haettuamme opettajat, me
lähdimme olympiastadionille, jossa minä ja muut teimme tutustumiskierroksen. Kierroksen
jälkeen meille oli luvassa leikkimielistä olympiakilpailua. Tulin ensimmäiseksi juoksussa ja
kolmanneksi pituushypyssä. Sitten söimme eväitä ja lähdimme Poseidonin temppelille.
Siellä oli upeat maisemat, mutta sinne oli rankka kiivetä ja oli niin kuuma, että olisin
halunnut pulahtaa veteen. Kävimme myös temppelin lähellä olevassa ravintolassa
syömässä. Sieltä lähdimme bussilla koululle, josta menin kotiin ja menin suoraan
nukkumaan.
TUESDAY
In the morning I woke up and went to school at 8 am. The students and I waited the bus to
come. We left school to pick up the teachers from their hotel. There was a morning rush and
it took a long time to get to the hotel. Finally we were able to continue our journey to the
Olympic stadium. The Olympic stadium was gorgeous. I heard a lot of new things about the
history of this stadium. There was a little sporty competition too, and I got to participate. I
was first in running and third in the long jump. After this I ate snacks. Then it was time to
start the journey to the temple of Poseidon. There was a beautiful landscape, but it was hard
to climb up there because it was so hot. I just wanted to go to swim. We also ate near by the
temple. Then it was time to go back home.

5. Keskiviikko
Heräsin keskiviikkoaamuna ja olin hyvin väsynyt. Menin kouluun ja sieltä lähdimme hakemaan
opettajia hotellilta.Bussimatka oli hyvin pitkä,mutta minä sain levätä koko matkan.Sitten lähdimme
bussilla Hrakleidon-museoon Museossa oli erilaisia matematiikkaan liittyviä pelejä. Pöydät olivat
minulle liian korkeita ja minua piti nostaa. Yksi peli oli hyvin vaikea,mutta lopulta sain senkin
ratkaistua.Museosta lähdimme Acropoliskukkulalle. Matka ei ollut pitkä, mutta siinä oli paljon
mäkiä.Muille kävely oli raskasta, mutta minua kannettiin.Acropoliskukkulan päällä oli hyvin kuuma ja
siellä oli yksi kohta, jossa oli hyvin korkea pudotus ja kun katsoin alas, niin minua pelotti.Kukkulalta
lähdimme Acropolis-museoon, joka oli myös hyvin iso.Sain nähdä siellä hyvin vanhoja esineitä ja ne
olivat hienoja. Museolta lähdimme kotiin ja kun menin nukkumaan, niin pikku jalkojani särki paljon.
Wednesday
On Wednesday morning I woke up and I was very tired. I went to school and from there we went to
get the teachers from the hotel. The bus ride was very long but I could rest the whole trip. Then we
took a bus to the Hrakleidon-museum. There were different mathematical games in the museum. The
tables were too high for me and I needed to be lifted. One of the games was very difficult but ain the
end I could solve it. From the museum we went to the Acropolis hill. Journey was not long but there
were many hills. Walking was hard for the other but I was carried. It was very hot on the Acropolis hill
and there was one place with a deep view and when I looked down I was afraid. From the hill we
went to the Acropolis museum which was very big. I could see very old things there and they were
great. We went home from the museum and when I went to bed my little feet were tired.

6. Torstai
Torstaina heräsin aamulla ja olin vieläkin hyvin väsynyt eilisen rankasta
päivästä.Kokoonnuimme koululla ja lähdimme kävelemään kohti sisäpelihallia, jossa
pelaisimme lentopalloa.Kun saavuimme sisäpelihallille, niin aloimme mittaamaan
lentopallokentän rajoja ja sain osallistua siihen. Sitten aloimme pelaamaan lentopalloa, mutta
olin liian pieni pelaamaan sitä.Sitten menimme syömään ja yhdellä ranskalaisella pojalla oli
synttärit ja sain syödä kakkua ranskalaisen Erasmus-nuken kanssa. Sitten vain lähdimme
ravintolasta kouluun ja koululta kotiin.
Thursday
I woke up on Thursday morning and I was still very tired due to yesterday’s program. We
gathered at school and we started to walk towards a sports hall where we would play volleyball.
When we got to the sports hall we started to measure the volleyball court and I could take part
in it. Then we started to play volleyball but I was too small to play it. Then we went to eat and a
French boy had his birthday and I could eat cake with the French Erasmus-doll. Then we left
from the restaurant back to school and from the school back home.

7. Perjantai
Perjantai oli meidän viimeinen päivä. Ensiksi menimme koululle ja siellä menimme tunnille.
Tunnilla kerrottiin kaikkia kiinnostavia juttuja matikasta.Sitten menimme tanssimaan ja
syömään pizzaa, mutta jaksoin vain yhden pizzapalan, koska ne olivat niin isoja
minulle.Sain myös osallistua tanssiin ja jotkut tansseista olivat vähän hankalia.Sen jälkeen
muut oppilaat saivat todistuksen tästä Erasmus-hankkeesta ja minä sain hienon vyön, jossa
on Kreikan värit.Sitten jouduin hyvästelemään kaikki nukkekaverini ja lähdimme koulusta ja
menimme junalla lentokentälle.Paluumatkalla muistelin kaikkea kivaa mitä Kreikassa oli
tehty, mutta onneksi osan ystävistäni näen kun he tulevat Suomeen.
Friday
Friday was our last day. First we went to school and to a lesson. During the lesson many
interesting stories were told about mathematics. Then we went to dance and eat pizza but I
could eat only one slice because they were so big for me. I could also dance and some of
the dances were a bit difficult. After the other pupils got an Erasmus-certificate, I got a
beautiful belt with the colours of Greece. Then I had to say goodbye to all my doll friends
and then we left the school and went to the airport by train. Going back I remembered all
the fun things that we did in Greece but luckily I will see all my friends when they come to
Finland.
