Rigoberto Garcia was a poor man from Bolivia who won the lottery and moved to California to sell fruits and vegetables. While on holiday in Oklahoma, a powerful tornado struck the city on August 25th. The tornado hit the hotel where Rigoberto was staying, leaving him unconscious in the hospital for two years. After recovering, Rigoberto spoke to a meteorologist who explained that tornadoes have been stronger in recent years due to issues like the hole in the ozone layer and pollution causing global warming.
