Step 1: Download this pattern for the Utensil Holder. Print
it out in A4 size paper.

2. Step 2: Download this pattern for the Miss La Sen shape.
Print it out in A4 size paper.
Step 3: Trace the Utensil Holder pattern on the cardboard.
Cut it out.

3. Step 4: Fold it like the picture.
Step 5: Cut the Miss La Sen head on the art paper.
Step 6: Cut the headband on the art paper and glue it onto
the head.

4. Step 7: Cut the eyes, mouth, cheeks, flower.... glue them
onto the head.
Step 8: Glue the edges of the holder like the picture.
Step 9: Glue the Miss La Sen head onto the holder.

5. Step 10: You can put the knife, fork, spoon,
drinking straw, table napkin ... in the Utensil
Holder.
