You can see whatâs trending Advanced search where you can drill down your queries in very specific ways, including searching within date ranges, looking for tweets from or to specific people, referencing specific people, or written in various languages, and more.
Be strategic in who they follow so that other followers can be redirected back to you. Consider who the audience of the person you wish to follow is, and ultimately who can be redirected to your account and follow you.
