This document outlines an agenda for a workshop on organizational culture. It includes an introduction to organizational culture, describing it as the values and assumptions held by participants. The workshop consists of case studies where visitors observe host organizations and discuss how the organization's culture compares to agile values. Groups then present their findings and discuss lessons learned. The goal is for participants to better understand different cultures and how agile principles can be adapted to an organization's unique culture.
