Is AgraBurst a fertilizer or a pesticide?
! AgraBurst is neither a fertilizer nor a pesticide. It is a fertilizer enhancement solution
blended from processed extracts of natural plants which improves the positive
effects of fertilizers. AgraBurst helps a plant increase its sugar content, which
provides a healthy plant capable of defending itself against disease and many
harmful insects. Thus it is also possible to reduce costly adjuvants and still achieve

Mr. Fewer is currently President of Hacienda Acres, a company focused on sustainable
farming practices and the manufacture and sale of agricultural inputs. From 2011-2012 he
served as the COO of Premier Equipment, a 10-store John Deere dealership in Eastern
Canada which grew by over 350% under his guidance. Previously (2005-2011) he served
as President and CEO of AgraTurf Equipment Services, a 5-store John Deere dealership
which merged to form Premier Equipment. Prior to 2001 he was employed by Toromont
Industries which led to a variety of positions culminating in the role of General Manager of
the Newfoundland and Labrador region. While employed with Toromont, Mr. Fewer
managed and was responsible for multiple sales, parts and service operations including
Heavy Equipment, Mining, Forestry, Marine Engines, Heavy Truck, and Material Handling
divisions. Mr. Fewer is a 1974 graduate of Fanshawe College.

Mr. Hughes brings extensive agri-business experience from his formative years on the family
farm in Illinois to an over 36 year-long career with John Deere. His tenure with Deere

unifying the dealer organization during the challenges of the tenuous agricultural climate of

Widely recognized as an expert in his field, in 2009 he launched the consultancy, Clear
Processes, LLC which focuses on business consolidations, operational performance and
strategic business planning. Mr. Hughes graduated from Southern Illinois University with dual
degrees in Agricultural Economics and Finance, and has earned numerous education credits
including those from the UMKC School of Law.

Mr. Evinou comes from diverse business leadership background in agriculture, distribution and
