Mind Mover #1 Solution Tough one on the first day… Because 0 is an even number it can’t be used. If you sum 4 odd digits (any combination of 1, 3, 5, 7) they always give you an even number. So you have to get creative…I heard some good solutions…bag inside bag, eating an apple, removing a bag, etc. There is no one correct answer but there is definitely lots of ways to try!

Mind Mover #5 Solution It takes 4 students 1 minute per net. So it would take 8 students 30 seconds per net If I follow the pattern  4 = 60 8 = 30  6 is half way between 4 and 8, so 45 seconds is between 60 and 30. Therefore it would take 6 students 45seconds per net; and if there are 3 nets (3x45) is 135 seconds (2 minutes 15 seconds).
