2. Thesis
Statement
Rocket Scientist design and
create rockets. In the future
technology will effect the design
of the rockets to be more
efficient. They will also sell the
rockets to the public.
3. What They Need to
Get the Job
They need to know a lot about
math and science. They also
need to know how to use the
tools and computer
programming. The last and
probably most important is
the dangers.
4. Payments
They get paid an average yearly salary of
64,000 to 100,000 dollars! That’s a lot of
money! They get paid so much for their
knowledge
6. Facts
In 1232 BC, the Chinese used rocket-
arrows propelled by burning
gunpowder in their war with the
Mongols. These were the first rockets.
Rockets work by burning fuel and
swelling or clogging up. The swelling
pushes them forward.
7. What it Will be in
the Future
In the future technology will
effect the design of the rockets
to be more efficient. They will
also sell the rockets to the
public. So it will become a
public selling rockets company.
If I owned a shop like this I
would name it “Rocketz 4 u”.
8. Extra
Schooling
Not only do they need to know how to
design but they need to know how to best
present them too. They will still need to
know computer programming and all the
dangers.
9. Changes in
Technology
The advancements would make it more
efficient. It would go faster, and higher.
As for missiles, it would make a bigger
explosion.
10. Conclusion
If you want to be a rocket
scientist when you grow up
you got to behave and get
lots of A’s on your report card.
So set your heart on it if you
want to. Hope you enjoyed
learning about rocket
scientist.

Missiles are small exploding things. Pg
Advancements mean they get better. Pg
Computer programming means you work
on a computer. Pg 3
Efficient means saves like efficient on gas
is saving gas. Pg 2
Knowledge is what they know. Pg 4
Retired means no longer works.
