“Sh*t Girls Say” hit YouTube on Dec. 12, 2011, stemming from a popular
parody Twitter account @shitgirlssay. That account in itself was a parody
of the popular @shitmydadsays account, which also spawned a brief
CBS sitcom.
In less than a month, there have been three chapters of “Sh*t Girls Say,”
followed by Sh*t Just About Every Stereotype Under the Sun Says
videos. The original video has garnered more than 9 million views.
We can drive awareness with our own parodies by focusing on what
specific phone users say – highlighting the positives for Windows Phone.
